Rupert is a Facial Reflex Therapist, a Foot Reflexologist and an Anatomy in Motion Practitioner (movement therapy based on the gait cycle).
His strong focus is on posture and orthopaedic reflexology – a practice which looks at the mechanics of the foot first and foremost, and how problems with bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons can affect the body as a whole.
