Training Course Terms and Conditions

By booking a course with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Your place is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
• Where payment plans are offered, the remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the agreed instalment schedule.
• Cancellations, refunds, and transfers are subject to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible.
• If a course is postponed or cancelled by us, we will offer either an alternative date or a refund in line with our policy.
• All course materials, manuals, videos, and supporting documents remain the intellectual property of the course provider and are for personal use only as a professional tool. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
• By enrolling, you confirm that you are responsible for your own participation, professional conduct, and any use of the techniques taught after completion of the course.
• The training is educational in nature and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and if you need to cancel your place on the course, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing as soon as possible.

If you cancel at least one month before the course start date, your payment will be refunded in full, allowing us the opportunity to offer the place to another student. As places are limited, early notice is greatly appreciated.

If a cancellation is made less than one month before the course start date, a 25% administration fee will be retained and 75% of the deposit will be refunded. In special circumstances, please contact us directly so that we may discuss the situation with you.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
