Join us for this enriching learning experience and deepen your ability to make a meaningful difference in your clients’ lives.
Each step of the way, you will be fully supported by your instructors as well as by Lone Sorensen herself, so you can integrate the material with clarity and confidence. By the end of the course, you will be well prepared to apply this method safely and effectively in clinical practice.
Throughout the programme, we will explore the science, theory and hands‑on application of this therapeutic method, linking neuro‑reflexology concepts with current understanding of the nervous system and brain‑body regulation. In addition, you will have exclusive access to 9 hours of live online sessions with Lone Sorensen (3 hours before we start, halfway through, and at the end of the course) to consolidate your learning, ask questions and refine your technique.
Why Facial & Neuro Reflexology?
Facial & Neuro Reflexology offers a deeply integrated approach that goes beyond conventional reflexology or relaxing facial treatments. Drawing on Tibetan therapeutic principles and modern neuro‑reflexology, it works with detailed microsystem maps of the face for the nervous system to influence brain‑body communication, autonomic balance and organ function. By stimulating precise reflex zones connected to the central and peripheral nervous systems, this method engages both energetic and neurological pathways, providing a more in‑depth, targeted treatment that can be aligned with current understandings of neuroplasticity, stress regulation and the gut–brain axis.
Module 1
Theory of the 7 basic steps of Facial Neuro Reflex Therapy; 21 specific acupressure points to stimulate nervous system, meridians, circulation & the lymph; Aboriginal microsystems of nerve reflex areas connected to vital organs & hormonal glands; facial analysis & manual| treatment processes; Vietnamese microsystems for treating brain functions, sensory organs & muscular system; lymphatic stimulation; balancing brain hemispheres; coordination of the 7 steps into a basic treatment.
Module 2
Theory of Oriental & Tibetan meridian philosophy; understanding the root cause of diseases & organisation of personalised treatment protocols for the clients needs; Plexus balancing for emotional equilibrium and postural correction; stimulation of cranial lines and points – an effective oriental technique to stabilise the imbalances of brain functions.
Module 3
Essential neuroscience; map of 564 neurological points on the face, how to combine these to address illness/pain; facial muscle anatomy; Dr Castillo’s muscle stimulation for facial paralysis, speech, swallowing & chewing dysfunctions; visual analysis of the face to conclude client’s state of health.
Module 4
Theory of the endocrine system; consequences of hormonal imbalances; connection between the vagus nerve, the gut & the brain; Colon Link – microsystem technique to improve hormonal balance & the gut-brain connection; Yamamoto’s microsystems a unique form of Cranial therapy for neurological diseases & visual and hearing dysfunctions.
Module 5
Theory of acute injuries; treatment methodology for acute sports injuries; learn to build individualised treatment protocols aiming at treating the cause behind illnesses; Guidance on “How to start your own business with Facial Reflex Therapy”; Final Exam
Module 6
Putting everything together – 2 days of purely practical experience. In this module, we will be joined by qualified therapists so you can immerse yourself in hands-on practice and benefit from a rich, supportive learning environment.
