Zeena Keast is a Master Facial and Neuro Reflex Therapist with a strong interest in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and the wider connections between body, mind, and lifestyle. Her approach is grounded in the belief that when individuals are supported in their health maintenance, and feel at ease within, they are better able to show up as the most balanced and capable version of themselves, and engage more fully in their life and work with positivity and joy.
She is an accredited instructor and hands-on trainer for the Sorensensistem TM, and together with Shermine Boustany, runs the accredited School of Facial and Neuro Reflexology for the UK.
